Bība is a spiritual trainer and founder of The Practice.
Her work centers on Direct Attunement™, the method she has developed over thirty years of practice within a living master lineage, and two decades of study with leaders in neuroscience, somatic therapy, yoga and energy work.
She has brought inner practice to individuals, groups, and global audiences through retreats, workshops, and guided experiences, including inflight with JetBlue, inroom with Edition Hotels, and inride with Uber.
Today she teaches The Practice in Nosara, Costa Rica, online and internationally.
