Health
Stress and disregulation can be the root of many presenting disorders. The nervous system can be a doorway, not an obstacle.
Healing
Attunement as medicine. Meeting what has been held in the body with compassion rather than judgement. Non verbal meditative somatic releasing.
Meaning
Living from spiritual awareness, exploring deep inner states and accessing embodied inner peace. Establishing conscious growth, and loving.
